Know where everyone will sleep before you book
The home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It sleeps 13 guests in the provided beds and sleeper. The maximum registered occupancy is 16 guests, including children and infants; that maximum does not add additional sleeping places.

The home is arranged over two levels. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are downstairs, and guests use stairs to reach the front door. If anyone in your group has mobility questions, please call before booking so you can decide whether the layout works for your needs.
Your private pool and hot tub
The pool and hot tub are private to each reservation. Optional pool heating is available throughout the year for $45 per night and must be added for the full stay. The heater is set to approximately 85°F and operates thermostatically. Actual water temperature cannot be guaranteed.
Approximately 800 feet from the sand
Beach Breeze SPI is approximately 800 feet from the sand via Aquarius Beach Access #18. The route crosses Gulf Boulevard and continues over a short public walkover. The home is not beachfront and does not have private beach access.
Important stay details
- The primary renter must be at least 24, book for their own stay, and stay overnight throughout the reservation.
- Every daytime and overnight guest must be registered; maximum registered occupancy is 16.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- Smoking, vaping, parties and events are prohibited.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m.; check-out is by 10:00 a.m.
- Guests use stairs to reach the front door. The home is not represented as step-free or wheelchair accessible.
- A Eufy doorbell camera and a mounted camera facing outward toward the street may record video and audio. No cameras monitor the interior of the home or areas where guests reasonably expect privacy. Noise-decibel monitors in common living areas measure sound levels only and do not record or transmit audio or conversations.
