Helpful answers before you reserve
Beach Breeze SPI has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It sleeps 13 guests in the provided beds and sleeper, with a maximum registered occupancy of 16 guests, including children and infants. The home is approximately 800 feet from the sand via Aquarius Beach Access #18; the route crosses Gulf Boulevard and continues over a short public walkover to the beach.
We are happy to help with the sleeping layout, stairs and mobility, parking, pool heating, or a dog request. Up to two dogs weighing no more than 25 pounds each may be considered with prior approval; include each dog’s breed and weight in your inquiry.
