Golden Vacation Homes LLC operates goldenvaca.com to describe Beach Breeze SPI, answer questions, and support direct booking. This notice describes information handled through the website and identified direct-booking and guest-service activities. A reservation made through another booking platform may also be governed by that platform’s privacy notice.

Information you provide

If you send a pre-booking inquiry, our form may collect the name, email address, and message you submit. If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to share and the contact details needed to respond. Do not send payment-card numbers, property access codes, or other sensitive information through the inquiry form or email.

For direct bookings, Golden Vacation Homes LLC uses a Hostex booking widget on its website. Hostex may collect the reservation, guest, and payment-related information needed for the booking. Review the information and notices presented in the booking flow and Hostex’s privacy policy. We use reservation information we receive to manage the stay and communicate about it.

Before check-in, we collect the names of all registered occupants and require each adult age eighteen (18) or older to submit valid government-issued identification for guest verification. Identification is submitted through Hostex’s Personalized Check-in Guide & Secure ID Upload link provided in the Reservation Confirmation. Do not email identification to us or submit it in the public Contact form.

If you use the property’s guest Wi-Fi, DirectBooking Host collects your name and email address to authenticate internet access.

Website use and measurement

The website uses WordPress and a contact-form service to display pages and receive messages. It also uses Google Analytics through Site Kit to understand site traffic and use. Analytics may process page addresses and titles, interactions, device or browser information, and online identifiers such as cookies, according to the applicable settings and policies. Do not enter personal information into search terms or links intended for analytics.

The site may load web fonts from Google servers. Site features, security systems, analytics, and external services may use cookies or similar browser storage. Browser settings may block or clear some cookies, although some features may work differently.

How we use and share information

Golden Vacation Homes LLC uses information to answer inquiries, manage direct bookings and stays, verify guests, provide requested guest services, protect the property, maintain the website, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Service providers include website hosting, contact-form and email services, Google Analytics, Hostex for reservations and guest verification, Stripe for payment processing, and DirectBooking Host for guest Wi-Fi authentication. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or to address a safety or security issue.

The inquiry form is not a payment form.

Security and exterior recording equipment

Access to guest and inquiry information is limited to authorized personnel and services needed to operate the business. No internet service is completely secure.

Current exterior security equipment at Beach Breeze SPI includes a Eufy doorbell camera and a mounted camera facing outward toward the street. Both face outward and may record video and audio. No cameras monitor the home’s interior or areas where guests reasonably expect privacy. Noise-decibel monitors in common living areas measure sound levels only and do not record or transmit audio or conversations. Routine security recordings are deleted or overwritten within 90 days. A recording connected to an incident, dispute, insurance claim, or legal obligation may be retained longer as needed. Access to recordings is limited to authorized personnel.

How long information is kept

Unsuccessful booking inquiries are deleted 12 months after the last interaction, unless they are needed for a dispute. If an inquiry becomes a booking, it is kept with the relevant reservation records.

Other retention periods can differ by record type.

Marketing status, choices, and questions

Golden Vacation Homes LLC does not currently offer a newsletter signup on this website. The Contact form is available for pre-booking inquiries and is not a newsletter subscription.

We may send occasional promotional emails about Beach Breeze SPI, including availability, special offers, and property updates, to past guests and prospective guests where permitted and consistent with the preferences provided when their email addresses were collected. You can stop receiving promotional emails by replying “Unsubscribe” or emailing admin@goldenvaca.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop reservation-related communications.
