Optional pool heating is available all year at $45 per night and must be added for the full stay. The heater is set to approximately 85°F and operates thermostatically. Wind, rain, and outdoor temperatures affect actual water temperature, which cannot be guaranteed. Heating may be unavailable during unusually cold weather or an equipment interruption.

Beach Breeze SPI is approximately 800 feet from the sand via Aquarius Beach Access #18. The route crosses Gulf Boulevard and continues over a short public walkover to the beach.

No. Beach Breeze SPI is steps from the beach, but it is not beachfront and does not have private beach access. Guests use the public Aquarius Beach Access #18 route.

The designated driveway accommodates up to 6 total vehicles. This includes any combination of cars, trucks, golf carts, trailers, and recreational vehicles. The covered driveway clearance is estimated at approximately 8½ feet. Oversized vehicles and vehicles with roof accessories require advance approval.

Street parking is allowed where permitted by current signs and local rules; vehicles must not block sidewalks or neighboring driveways. EV charging is not provided, and household outlets may not be used to charge a vehicle without permission.

Up to 2 dogs, each weighing no more than 25 pounds, may be accepted with prior approval. Please provide each dog’s breed and weight before booking.

The pet fee is $65 per night per dog. The current Hostex booking terms and rental agreement control all payment, cleaning, damage, and conduct requirements for approved pets.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, book for their own stay, and stay overnight throughout the reservation. Parties and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Smoking and vaping are prohibited, and every daytime or overnight guest must be registered.

Yes. Beach Breeze SPI has two levels, and guests must use stairs to reach the front door. The property is not described as step-free or wheelchair accessible. Contact Golden Vacation Homes before booking if anyone in your group has mobility questions.

The home consistently provides beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach wagon, beach toys, and beach or pool towels. The game room includes ping-pong, foosball, shuffleboard, arcade games, and a television. The kitchen includes a drip coffee maker, Keurig, starter coffee, and filters or pods. A washer, dryer, and charcoal grill are provided; guests bring charcoal and lighter fluid. A crib and high chair are available upon request.

A Eufy doorbell camera and a mounted camera facing outward toward the street may record video and audio. No cameras monitor the interior of the home or areas where guests reasonably expect privacy. Noise-decibel monitors in common living areas measure sound levels only and do not record or transmit audio or conversations.
