Golden Vacation Homes Accessibility Statement

Accessibility goal

Golden Vacation Homes LLC wants visitors to be able to learn about Beach Breeze SPI, ask questions, and use the direct booking path regardless of how they browse. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing goal. We do not claim that the entire website, the embedded booking widget, or every third-party service conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA.

Our approach

We aim to provide clear information and usable digital content as the website evolves. We aim to review the public pages and booking path on mobile, with keyboard navigation, and with assistive technology, and revise feature statements when testing reveals a limitation.

If you have difficulty reading content, navigating a page, using the inquiry form, or using the booking path, contact Golden Vacation Homes guest support at admin@goldenvaca.com or 737-321-1771. Please tell us the page or action involved, what happened, and a way to reach you. You may include the browser or assistive technology used, but you do not need to disclose a medical condition.

Golden Vacation Homes LLC can help provide property information or answer a pre-booking question by email or phone while a reported website issue is considered. The booking widget and other linked services may have controls or content that differ from the rest of the site.

Website access is different from physical access

Beach Breeze SPI is a two-level home. Guests must use stairs to reach the front door. The home is not represented as step-free or wheelchair accessible. Before reserving, contact Golden Vacation Homes guest support about entrances, stairs, bedroom locations, or another practical question that affects the group. We will describe the home as accurately as we can so guests can decide whether it meets their needs.

The public beach route includes a road crossing and a short public walkover. It is not private beach access.

Updates and known limitations

We will review reported accessibility issues and update this statement when tested information, a known limitation, or a website feature changes. We document known limitations when verified and update this statement when they change. It does not promise a response deadline.
