A simple reservation path
How to reserve Beach Breeze SPI
01 · Plan your group
Choose your dates and enter all registered guests, including children and infants. The home sleeps 13 in the provided beds and sleeper; no more than 16 people may be at the property at any time, and additional daytime visitors are not permitted.
02 · Review live details
The booking system shows the current rate and configured charges for your selected stay. The agreement also requires a separately timed $500 refundable security deposit and $15 card processing fee; if they do not appear in the quote, ask us how they will be collected before reserving.
03 · Add eligible options
For any stay, you may request optional pool heating. If you plan to bring a dog, request approval and provide each dog’s breed and weight at booking.
04 · Read the terms
Review the rental agreement, payment schedule, cancellation terms, house rules, check-in and check-out information, and the requirements shown for your stay. The primary renter must be at least 25, book for their own stay, and stay overnight throughout the reservation. Before check-in, the primary guest provides the names of all registered occupants and each adult 18 or older uploads government-issued ID through the secure link in the Reservation Confirmation.

Before you choose dates

Beach Breeze SPI has three king beds, two twin-over-full bunk beds, and a twin sleeper sofa. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are downstairs, and guests use stairs to reach the front door. Please contact Golden Vacation Homes before booking if anyone in your group has mobility questions.
The driveway accommodates up to six total vehicles, including cars, trucks, golf carts, trailers, and recreational vehicles. Covered clearance is estimated at approximately 8½ feet. Oversized vans, recreational vehicles, and vehicles with roof accessories require advance approval. Electric-vehicle charging is not provided, and household outlets may not be used to charge a vehicle without permission.
Beach Breeze SPI is approximately 800 feet from the sand via Aquarius Beach Access #18. The route crosses Gulf Boulevard and continues over a short public walkover to the beach. A home base that keeps the day flexible
The private pool and hot tub are for your reservation, while the game room gives a group another way to gather. Ping-pong, foosball, shuffleboard, arcade games, and a television make it easy to stay close to home when the plan changes.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach wagon, beach toys, and beach or pool towels are provided for the sand-and-sun part of the day. Back at the home, a drip coffee maker, Keurig, starter coffee, washer and dryer, and streaming devices help the practical pieces feel simpler. Please use your own streaming-service accounts.

Optional pool heating
Optional pool heating is available throughout the year for $45 per night and must be added for the full stay. The heater is set to approximately 85°F and operates thermostatically. Wind, rain, and outdoor temperatures affect actual water temperature, which cannot be guaranteed. Heating may be unavailable during unusually cold weather or an equipment interruption.
For example, heating selected for a five-night stay would appear as a $225 pool-heating charge. This is an option-only example, not a total reservation price. Your live booking summary shows the charges that apply to the dates you select.
Approved dogs
Up to two dogs may be accepted with prior approval. Each dog must weigh no more than 25 pounds, and the pet fee is $65 per night per dog. Please provide each dog’s breed and weight at booking.
For example, one approved dog on a five-night stay would add a $325 pet fee; two approved dogs for the same five-night stay would add $650 in pet fees. These are pet-fee-only examples, not the total cost of a stay. Current booking terms and the rental agreement govern all payment, cleaning, damage, and conduct requirements for approved dogs.

Both are returned if you cancel before check-in, separately from any reservation-payment refund. After a completed stay, the $15 fee is non-refundable. Our Rental Terms summarize direct-stay cancellation and reservation-change rules. Reservation payments are refundable in full at least 30 days before the original check-in date, 50% at 14 to 29 days, and not refundable under 14 days, subject to applicable law. A guest-requested date change needs written approval and availability and is not permitted under 14 days before the original check-in date; a $50 fee applies to each approved and completed change. A few important house rules
- The primary renter must be at least 25, book for their own stay, and stay overnight throughout the reservation.
- Only registered guests may be at the property. Additional daytime visitors are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- Smoking and vaping, parties, and events are prohibited.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is by 10:00 a.m., subject to your reservation-specific confirmation.
- A Eufy doorbell camera and a mounted camera facing outward toward the street may record video and audio; no cameras monitor the interior of the home or areas where guests reasonably expect privacy.
- Noise-decibel monitors in common living areas measure sound levels only and do not record or transmit audio or conversations.

Security deposit, cancellation, and date changes
Security deposit
A $500 refundable security deposit plus a $15 card processing fee are due 14 days before check-in, or at booking for stays reserved within 14 days. If you cancel before check-in, both collected amounts are refunded in full, separately from any reservation-payment refund. After a completed stay, the $15 fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation
For direct-stay reservation payments, the refund is 100% at least 30 days before the original check-in date, 50% at 14 to 29 days, and none under 14 days, subject to applicable law. The deposit and card fee have separate refund rules.
Reservation changes
Guest-requested date changes need written approval and availability and are not permitted fewer than 14 days before the original check-in. Each approved and completed date change carries a $50 fee plus any increase in accommodation charges. New dates do not reset the original cancellation deadline. A shortened stay is treated as a partial cancellation.
